Signing appointments for real estate documents including refinances, purchase/seller packages, and more handled by a trained and certified NNA loan signing agent. Starting at $125.00For Estate planning & Trust Signings please be aware there is a 50% upfront deposit upon scheduling with the remaining owed after signing. If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to signing you will receive a full refund. If under 24 hours, there will be a $35.00 fee. We are E&O insured, a Certified NNA Loan Signing Agent, and a Rhode Island Notary Public.What are DCG's common add on fees?
Mobile Fee: Starting at $30.00 (0-15 miles)
Evening Appointment: $25.00 (7pm+)
Weekend Appointment: $25.00
Facility Fee: $25.00 (Hospital, nursing home, or mental institution)
Printing: $0.50 per page
